KATHMANDU, Sept 13 - Water and Energy Users' Federation (WAFED) Nepal Saturday urged Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal not to sign any treaty or agreement with India without preparation during his visit. "Wafed-Nepal urged the PM not to sign any treaty or agreement with India without preparation and national consensus," said a statement issued after submitting a memorandum over the issue to the PM on Saturday. The WAFED delegation suggested PM to strongly raise the issue of termination of all 'unfair' treaties including agreements on Koshi, Gandak and Mahakali to his Indian counterpart.
